[ general information ]

Madrid Content City is equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure designed for every stage of audiovisual creation.

A Green Vision

A sustainability-forward project that meets the highest environmental standards. Over 5,000 trees will be planted throughout its development. The complex includes more than 50 electric vehicle charging points, photovoltaic systems for on-site energy production, LED lighting throughout, a bike lane connecting it to the nearby commuter rail station, and dedicated waste management in every studio.

[ Near Madrid]

Strategically Located in Tres Cantos

Situated in Nuevo Tres Cantos — one of the most promising areas in the Madrid region — the project benefits from excellent road and public transport links.

Tres Cantos hosts more than 3,000 companies, many of them leaders in innovation and R&D, spanning sectors such as electronic communications, precision engineering, IT, electromedicine, biotechnology, aerospace, and audiovisual production.

In addition to its innovative business ecosystem, Tres Cantos is home to major players in the Spanish market, including Normon, GlaxoSmithKline, Danone, Nivea, and Movistar.

[We compete with the Best]

The Project

Spread over 140,000 square meters, Madrid Content City offers a full suite of facilities: a major production center, recording services, a university campus, and dedicated dining, sports, and leisure areas.

With €120 million in private investment, Madrid Content City is currently the largest business park under development in the Community of Madrid.

Once complete, it will become the second-largest production hub in Europe — just behind the UK’s Pinewood Studios, and ahead of Cinecittà in Rome, Babelsberg in Germany, and France’s Cité du Cinéma.
